If you aren't sure if we can help with your project, give us a call and we'll let you know.

Glass Replacement

Whether it is single pane or double pane, broken or failed, we can install new glass in your existing window frame. This is a faster, and often a significantly cheaper option for windows where only the glass has been broken or damaged.

New Window Installation

If the frame is damaged, or it's just time for an update, we are able to look into installing a brand new window for you! We recommend and primarily install Milgard, and Cascade windows, but will definitely look into other brands like Jeldwen and Marvin if requested. One thing to keep in mind with this process is the age of the home; we primarily work on homes built in 1978 or newer due to the possibly of lead presence in older homes. (Proper testing would need to be done for older homes.)

Screen Services

If requested, we can come out to inspect your current screens for repair, or create new custom screens. If just the mesh on your screen is damaged, it is often repairable, but if it's bent, then a custom-built replacement is often the answer. We have a few classic  color options that we use to build new screens.

Mirrors and Custom Projects

We don't just work on the windows in your home; we can also take a look at any mirrors you need replaced, or something more custom like glass in cabinets, tabletops and fireplaces.

Upgrades

If you are concerned about the quality of your glass or windows, we're more than ready to go over options for upgrading. Whether your goal is increased noise control,  energy efficiency, or safety, we have products to fit the need.

We look forward to working with you!

STEP 1...

We Start with a Complementary Estimate

Once we connect, we will schedule you an appointment for us to come out and give you an estimate. When we get there, we will get measurements, look at installation conditions, and check out if we need any special parts, tools, ladders, or lifts. This will allow us to give you an accurate, inclusive estimate without any unexpected surprises.

STEP 2...

The Bid Approval

When we finish researching your bid, usually within 24 hours after we come out unless under special circumstances, we will send it to you. Now is the time to ask questions, and understand what your bid includes. If you like what you see, and you want to move forward, we require a 50% down payment, the rest due on completion.

STEP 3...

Time for Installation

Now that your project pieces are ordered, it's time to get you scheduled! Our scheduler will work with you on the best time for us to come out and install. This is the time to move furniture out of the way, remove blinds, and anything else to ensure that everything is accessible and prepped for your install.
