Terms & Conditions

By working with Joe's Glass Inc, customers agree to the following terms:

Estimates & Pricing – All quotes provided are based on the current material and labor costs at the time of the estimate. Prices are subject to change if modifications are requested after the initial agreement.
Payment Terms – 50% deposit is due before any scheduling or materials are ordered. Payment is due upon project completion unless otherwise agreed upon. We accept cash, credit cards, and financing options through Wisetack for eligible customers.
Lead Times & Scheduling – Lead times vary depending on the project and material availability. Our team will provide an estimated timeline and communicate any delays promptly.
Warranty Information – We stand by the quality of our work. Glass installations and replacements come with a limited warranty covering material defects and workmanship. Warranty terms vary by product type—please contact us for specific details.
Cancellation & Rescheduling – Appointments must be canceled or rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
Liability Disclaimer – Joe's Glass Inc is not responsible for damages caused by pre-existing structural issues, improper prior installations, or unforeseen conditions at the job site.
